To integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI), digital monitoring, and data-driven systems for health tracking, nutrition planning, disease prediction, and breeding management.

To establish a sustainable, technology-driven, and culturally rooted ecosystem where cows are protected, nurtured, and integrated into rural development—transforming Gaushalas into centers of excellence for animal welfare, scientific research, artificial intelligence, and economic self-reliance.
हिंदी: गौशालाओं को वैज्ञानिक, तकनीक-संचालित, आत्मनिर्भर और सांस्कृतिक मूल्यों पर आधारित उत्कृष्ट केंद्रों के रूप में विकसित करना, जहाँ गौ संरक्षण, संवर्धन, कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता (AI) आधारित प्रबंधन और अनुसंधान के माध्यम से ग्रामीण विकास को नई दिशा मिले।
Realizing adverse impact of hybrid seeds and animals, threats to indigenous Indian breeds of cows and other animals, nutritional deficit to a large number of rural people and corruption in care and cure of the animals, the Council has resolved to standardize the management of Gaushala and dairy through interface of the ancient wisdom and latest AI-technologies (Insemination/ Intelligence). The Council is carrying forward its ambitious project of Maharishi Vashistha Gau-shaktipeeth. The Council seeks support from all stake holders. It comprises of setting-up a conducive infrastructure along with a divine abode of “Ram Sudarshan Mandir”, Gaushala and Dairy Management, Skill Development Centre, AI Laboratory, Veterinary Hospital, A2/A1 based whey protein and dairy plant, cellulose extraction plant, Kisan Kalyan Kendra, Exhibition & Convention Centre, R&D Pharma Lab, Herbal Park, World Class Gaushala with Rashtriya Kamdhenu Museum. The entire project will be set-up with the interface of eco-friendly and intelligent buildings, bio-gas plant, solar power and zero-waste innovation technologies. The Council strives for the “Organic Revolution” its organic based products and services will be distributed under a newly launched brand i.e. Gauca Organics.
The Council aims to provide an ideal platform for growth of rural masses through education, self-employment, R&D, increasing farmer’s income and food security, animal management, veterinary, care and cure to animals, organic farming and eco-energy conservation.
The Council seeks meaningful support of the Department of Animal Husbandry & Dairying (DAHD), Government of India is driving sector growth through new 2026–27 initiatives, including credit-linked subsidies for private veterinary infrastructure, Mobile Veterinary Units (MVUs), and the ‘Pashu Aadhaar’ unique digital ID for livestock. Key focus areas include breed enhancement under the National Livestock Mission (NLM) and disease eradication and infrastructure development.
As envisioned by the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi, ”We consider ‘Cow’, a divine mother since the time immemorial. Gramo-udyog equipped with Gaushala can play a pivotal role in doubling income of India’s farmers”.
